# The page-scanner command

Capture a whole web page from a terminal, through the Chrome you already use.

```bash
npx @page-scanner/cli pair
npx @page-scanner/cli scan --url https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PDF --out ./pdf.pdf
```

The second line prints one thing on stdout, the absolute path of the file it wrote, so it drops
into a pipeline without parsing.

The capture is done by the Page Scanner extension in your own Chrome, which is what makes a
logged-in page capturable. This package is the other half: it listens on loopback for that
extension, and turns `scan` into a file.
