Settings
The choices that have to be made before a scan, and the theme.
Open the settings page from the gear in the editor toolbar, or from chrome://extensions, then
Details, then Extension options.
Video
A video on the page can only ever come out as a still image, and this decides what that still is. Set it before you scan: the capture lays the page out once, so it cannot be changed afterwards.
- Frame, the default, pauses the video and keeps the frame it stopped on, at its on-screen size.
- Blank leaves the video's area empty.
Local agents
This is where you pair the extension with the command line or an MCP server on your own machine. Local agents explains what that means and how to set it up.
Theme
The editor has a light and a dark theme. The toggle in the editor toolbar switches straight to the other one, and a fresh install starts light.
Where settings are kept
In your browser's local storage, on this device. They are deliberately not synced through your Google account, because the extension promises that nothing leaves your browser.
